Books Read in September 2022!

Hi Readers! September was a thunderstorm of a month. There was a lot happening a lot of the time. Because of this, I barely got time to read. I must have read a total of 4 days, in which I completed 2 books. And for the rest of the month, I was just reading about 5 pages of To Paradise daily. I have still not completed it, and to be honest, I have no idea how long it will take for me to finish that book. So, in a nutshell, I read 2 BOOKS across 688 PAGES in September!

~~ARTEMIS by ANDY WEIR~~

A science fiction book based on a civilization formed on the moon was the most intriguing aspect which lured me into reading Artemis. Its premise really made me curious. The lack of knowledge on moon’s environment was another fascinating aspect. I also loved how this was a combination of a thriller & science fiction. I suppose the foundation of the story was much more amazing than the way it was finally implemented. I have rated Artemis by Andy Weir at 3.5/5 stars.

~~COVER STORY by SUSAN RIGETTI~~

I loved the characters. I liked how similar they were in terms of their aspirations & yet so vastly different in terms of their lifestyle. I loved how fast-paced the story was. Because of all these amazing factors, the story was fired up. The writing was simplistic but everything else made up for it. And, of course, the ending. The ending of Cover Story is simply mind blowing had me completely baffled. I cannot think of any reason why you should not read Cover Story by Susan Rigetti. It might have simplistic mediocre writing, but the flair of characters, the format of the book, the stunning ending & all the thrill, fun & pizzazz it has, really makes it an amazing read! I have rated Cover Story by Susan Rigetti at 4.5/5 stars!

~~READING STATS~~

So, that is it. This had to be the shorted reading roundup posts I have ever written! In terms of my 2022 Reading Challenge, I have read 65/75 books. So, there is no pressure now. I am already happy with this. So, for the remaining 3 months, I am going to focus on reading big books! And also books which have been on my physical TBR (which have been there since 5+ years!)

How was your reading in September? How many books did you read? Were any of them memorable?

Until next time,
