Hi Readers! November went by very quickly. It was kind of a mellow month, where nothing major happened. The major highlight was meeting two of my friends after the longest time. This was just the second time we met in 2025, so you can imagine! Work has continued to be hectic, but I think I have reached nirvana stage where I have stopped letting it impact me. It\u2019s just supposed to be a part of life, not the entire life. My reading spree of October gladly continued in November as well, for which I was very happy. I didn\u2019t read as much as the last month, but definitely higher than the monthly average I\u2019ve had this year. Have a look, will you?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I read FOUR BOOKS across 1449 PAGES in November!<\/mark><\/strong> I loved two books and did not love two books. Check out my reviews to see if you would want to pick any of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

~~LADY TAN\u2019S CIRCLE OF WOMEN by LISA SEE~~<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This is the real life story of woman doctor Yunxian Tan from 15th century China. We are introduced to her when she has just lost her mother at the age of 8 and we see how beautifully she grows up to become a dutiful wife, mother and a doctor!<\/mark><\/strong> We see her become forever friends with Meiling, who\u2019s a midwife herself. We see her become more accepting and appreciating of her dad\u2019s concubine; Miss Zhao. We, of course, see her learn everything from her Grandmother Ru. We have see her mother in law challenging and testing her. These and so many more women became a part of Lady Tan\u2019s beautiful, worthy and admirable life.  I have rated Lady Tan\u2019s Circle of Women by Lisa See at 4\/5 stars!<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
